How we handle what you send us.
The contact form is the only place this site asks for personal details. Here's what it collects and what we do with it.
What the form collects.
Your name, your email address and your message. Company and phone number are optional. There is also a hidden field that catches spam bots. People never see it.
How we use it.
Only to reply to you. Your message reaches us by email through Resend, the service we use to send mail, and we send one confirmation to the address you entered so you know it arrived. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details.
Spam protection.
To stop automated spam, the server counts how many messages come from each IP address over an hour. Our server log also records the time, IP address and email address of each message sent.
Cookies and tracking.
The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Deleting your details.
Email support@albandi.net and we'll delete your messages and anything else we hold about you. The same address works for questions about this page.
